Description: Be Internet Awesome is a free web-based curriculum designed through a collaboration between Google and iKeepSafe.org on Digital Citizenship and Safety for students and families. It includes lessons, Interactive slideshows, activities, and games that teach students (and families) about Digital Citizenship and Safety. Learn how to unlock these valuable and comprehensive tools in this one-day seminar. You will be provided with all of the materials necessary to educate your students on these vital topics as well as materials to share with parents in order to keep the skills consistent at home. Topics will include: Responsible sharing, deciphering real from fake, securing data, recognizing phishing, implementing the “Family Link” app and more. 3rd through 6th grade

Payment Policy

Please be advised that by registering for an SRI&ETTC workshop you are liable for the workshop registration fee. If your school district does not pay the registration fee you will be billed by Stockton University. If you need to cancel your registration, please see the Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

You can withdraw from a workshop at no cost, up until two weeks before the workshop date. Please notify us of your cancellation by mail, telephone or fax. Withdrawals within two weeks prior to workshop date will forfeit half of the registration fee. No-shows on the day of the workshop will forfeit the entire registration fee.
