Do you want to improve and design activities for your SMART Table? During this hands-on, make and take session, get to know the SMART Table Toolkit Software and create several standard-based, content area activities that can be taken back and plugged directly into your SMART Table for use. Bring specific lesson ideas with you to work on.
Please bring a memory stick with you to the training! If you are bringing your own laptop, you must have SMART Table Toolkit and SMART Notebook software installed prior to this training session
Course Content: This workshop will explore the SMART Table Toolkit and the many different types of cognitive, social and fine motor skills activities that can be created for the SMART Table. Learn how to edit, customize, and create your own SMART Table Activity Packs.
- Create original SMART Table Center lessons using SMART Table Toolkit and Smart notebook by:
- Planning using an activity using our SMART Table Activity Planning Sheet
- Building your own backgrounds and adding features such as Hot Spots/Spaces, Media, Multiple Choice, Addition Plus and third party applications such as Narrow It Down, Image Reveal and Story Stage.
- Testing your lesson on the SMART Table Activity Center

You can withdraw from a workshop at no cost, up until two weeks before the workshop date. Please notify us of your cancellation by mail, telephone or fax. Withdrawals within two weeks prior to workshop date will forfeit half of the registration fee. No-shows on the day of the workshop will forfeit the entire registration fee.
