Issues of public health, environmental justice and community development are ideally suited to help your students connect topics in science with social challenges that impact their lives. In this workshop participants will learn basic perspectives of environmental justice and discusses topics and projects in public health and sustainability that can help your students see greater purpose and application of topics in the sciences, or help incorporate health and science into your social science curriculum.

You can withdraw from a workshop at no cost, up until two weeks before the workshop date. Please notify us of your cancellation by mail, telephone or fax. Withdrawals within two weeks prior to workshop date will forfeit half of the registration fee. No-shows on the day of the workshop will forfeit the entire registration fee.
