About Us

Mission
The Southern Regional Institute and Educational Technology Training Center aims to enhance the education available to every child through the creative use of educational technologies. The ETTC provides K-12 teachers and school administrators with training opportunities on relevant subjects including the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards, instructional technology, computer technologies, telecommunications and distance learning. The ETTC also provides a state-of-the-art demonstration facility and clearinghouse where teachers can explore the latest trends in educational technologies.

The Southern Regional Institute and ETTC Consortium includes 88 school districts and other regional organizations in Atlantic, Cumberland, Cape May, Ocean and Burlington counties. The ETTC Consortium represents approximately 90,000 PreK-12 students. Core activities of the ETTC include:

Location and Contact Information

The ETTC Demonstration Center and office are located at the Mays Landing campus for Richard Stockton College of New Jersey at 701 Route 50, Mays Landing. SRI/ETTC Training workshops are often held at the Mays Landing site, at Stockton College, The Carnegie Library Center in Atlantic City and at local school districts.
